Your responsibilities
  • responsibility on planning & executing the VIP team practices & methodologies in order to ensure & maintain our VIPs high engagement & monetization levels,

  • manage & supervise the level of service and communications given by our VIP agents. Implement processes and protocols that aim to reach a world class service,

  • initiate outbound activities  with our VIPs in order to maintain a challenging and engaging relationships that will provide a rewarding experience for our VIP players while driving revenue and main KPIs to its goals,

  • create the relevant tracking and monitoring processes on our VIP players activity. Constantly working with analytical reports in order to provide insights that will help us leverage our VIP activities,

  • work with high collaboration with other teams in the studio. Become a main point of knowledge in team with additional data you gather from economy, product, monetization and content teams.

Our requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in the field of VIP management in the online gaming industry,

  • strong communication skills; ability to connect and reconnect VIP players, In-depth understanding of the needed compliances while managing VIPs,

  • a data-centric person that is able to  identify patterns and trends in VIP behavior to drive KPIs. Has the ability to provide action items while monitoring analytical reports,

  • a proven track record of growing top segments through strategic planning and initiatives,

  • creative & out of the box thinker, with experience in pushing innovative ideas that made an impact,

  • mother tongue in English – must,

  • a leader with high interpersonal skills that can grow & manage a team of agents & their portfolio.
