Your responsibilities
  • searching for candidates on the job market – direct search method, (including advertising portals, cooperating with employment agencies, etc.),

  • working alongside the branding team to create successful employer branding,

  • creating a good working relationship with jobcentres, local and national universities, job fairs, etc.,

  • creating reports, data analysis and  implementing new procedures based on findings,

  • following the recruitment process,

  • creating and negotiating employment contracts,

  • updating and maintaining the company database,

  • communicating with the legal and marketing departments,

  • ensuring the protection of all personal data (GDPR/RODO) for candidates.

Our requirements
  • 3-4 years experience in a similar position,

  • advanced proficiency in English (verbal and written),

  • bachelor degree in a relevant area (psychology, HR, Political science, etc.),

  • knowledge of the IT market in Poland and EU,

  • knowledge of using basic computer software (Excel, Word, Power Point, Google Docs.),

  • positive, dynamic, ”can do’’ attitude and open-mindedness,

  • the ability to adapt to changes,

  • very good communication skills,

  • good team player.
