Your everyday responsibilities will be as follow:
- Leading a team of operations specialists.
- Ensuring clear communication and effective coordination with internal and external service providers.
- Foreseeing and mitigating operational risk.
- Proactively solving the problems.
- Contacting and cooperating with other teams in order to follow the schedule.
- Constant work on optimizing the processes & mentoring team members.
- Experience in leading similar teams or functions (preferably in gaming/e-commerce/marketing industry).
- Being able to understand and „talk” numbers – you know how to work with Excel and Google sheets .
- Your ability to communicate easily in English on everyday basis.
- You are highly organised and sensitive to details.
- You being a fast learner, open to new technologies and tools.
