Player Services is a diverse and highly motivated team of 19 specialists on a mission to bring great support experience to our Huuuge and Billionaire Casino communities. We work around the clock collecting players feedback, answering queries and encouraging our players in time of need. We are gamers working for gamers.
- Answering Players’ queries and providing general support to our community through social networks, emails and chat.
- Resolving problems reported by the players.
- Gathering and researching player feedback.
- Monitoring and moderating player communication platforms.
- Experience in working at a similar position or at customer service.
- Excellent English language proficiency, both written and spoken.
- Computer handling proficiency and general knowledge of teleinformatic systems’ usage.
- Well developed ability to communicate.
- Creative thinking and problem solving.
- Dedication to bring the players the best support possible.
- Readiness to work on shifts.
- Passion for video games and knowledge of the mobile and social casino game market.
- Knowledge of mobile operating system, iOS and Android.
