Your responsibilities
  • lead the definition and implementation of quantitative and qualitative metrics and KPIs,

  • define data roadmap and strategy in collaboration with various cross-functional teams and partner with the BI team to deliver on that roadmap,

  • research, design, implement and validate models and algorithms to analyze diverse sources of data and enable critical business decisions,

  • communicate actionable results and findings derived from data throughout the organization in a clear, concise way,

  • drive interpretation, socialization and adoption of operational reports and dashboards,

  • manage Tableau reporting process for 50+ users (including optimization of existing data sources and dashboards, new reports implementation, managing accesses, etc.),

  • collaborate with marketing leadership to develop strategy, benchmarks, goals, and KPIs throughout the entire marketing funnel from awareness to purchase,

  • perform cross-channel analysis of key marketing pulse points,

  • partner with CRM team to identify optimal communication strategies to maximize player engagement and loyalty,

  • run weekly Marketing Analytics meeting, providing strategic insights to leadership team.

Our requirements
  • minimum 2 years of business or operational analysis experience in a management level position,

  • minimum 4 years of experience in SQL and Tableau,

  • advanced Tableau knowledge – a proven track of record in designing and implementing user-friendly, intuitive, feature-rich and dynamic Tableau dashboards (preferably Tableau Public profile with portfolio),

  • experience analyzing large, complex data sets and driving actionable insights from such analyses,

  • experience in digital performance marketing analytics,

  • strong organizational and time management skills,

  • strong communication skills,

  • fluent English – both written and verbal,

  • passion for games and data.
