Your responsibilities
  • design game economy models for a new game,

  • work closely with the Product Managers to create new game features and improve existing ones,

  • create simulations to forecast the performance of new mechanics,

  • conduct A/B tests to analyze and optimize the game’s performance,

  • support the game’s LiveOps and Monetization teams with guidelines and configuration for in-game events and promotion,

  • provide data driven insights to improve the business performance and player’s satisfaction.

Our requirements
  • degree in Economics, Statistics, Finance, Industrial Engineering or similar,

  • work experience in Analytics, Economics or similar,

  • critical thinking and creative problem solving – a must,

  • high levels of proactivity and autodidacticism – a must,

  • great work ethics – a must,

  • fluent English – a must,

  • gamer in heart – a strong advantage!

  • MBA – an advantage,

  • previous work experience in web, mobile or gaming – an advantage.
