- Lead the strategy, design and execution of in-game promotions and communication with the players,
- Own revenue and DAU KPIs and help define supporting metrics and analysis methods,
- Lead and mentor the operations and creative teams. Support their personal development and help define and build tools that maximize their work efficiency,
- Collaborate with the product, development, business analytics, game economy and player services departments to achieve KPI goals.
- 3+ years managerial experience in marketing & CRM in online gaming,
- Deep knowledge and understanding of monetization strategies,
- Ability to set strategic goals and execution plans,
- Creative thinking and ability to provide guidance to graphic designers and copywriters,
- Strong analytical capabilities and ability to make data-driven decisions. Experience running A/B tests and using Tableau or other reporting tools,
- Fluent English – both written and verbal.
