Your responsibilities
  • own and manage the Huuuge BI infrastructure (data management and visualization capabilities),

  • lead and mentor a team of analysts to support the overall game business to drive continuous improvement in the Huuuge BIA function,

  • generate actionable reports and recommendations on features that will improve retention, monetization and acquisition,

  • identify areas of improvement and work with product management and product development to implement strategies to address key problem areas,

  • lead the team in the use of machine learning, predictive analytics and other advanced techniques to provide improved results for game and business teams,

  • work closely with the publishing, marketing, development and Infrastructure teams to build and manage analytics hardware and software,

  • share insights with internal teams regularly.

Our requirements
  • bachelor’s degree (MA/MS preferred) in finance/accounting, business, or computer information systems/computer science required,

  • exceptional planning and organizational skills,

  • 8+ years of experience in data analytics in consumer internet space,

  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role with people management responsibilities,

  • experience working with reference data and Master Data Management tools,

  • experience with database query/reporting tools including SQL, Hive, Tableau, Redshift, Spark, Presto, R, Python etc.,

  • experience with predictive analytics and machine learning platforms,

  • excellent verbal and written communication skills in English,

  • passion for games.
