Your responsibilities
  • Lead the entire data projects/product lifecycle: define product roadmap, become an expert understanding the data platform stakeholders (games teams, marketing team, supporting departments), gather stakeholders requirements,  define product specifications, interface with data engineers and QA team, finalize the delivery and launch of innovative products,
  • Deliver top of the art data-oriented products, solutions and tools that are recognized as best in the big data industry,
  • Translate/map business requirements into detailed functional and technical designs cross all layers: analytical products, DB modeling, data infrastructure, environments, monitoring and reporting,
  • Be a hands-on product manager involved deeply in the day to day of the data R&D team,
  • Lead, plan, prioritize and conduct ongoing project deliverables, goals and milestones based on Agile (Scrum) methodology, serve also as a Scrum product owner,
  • Work closely with both local and remote cross-functional development, QA teams and end users, to ensure deliveries are on time and in best quality,
  • Involved in functional definition and planning of our next generation Data AI/ML framework and models,
  • Contribute and impact on functional roadmap of Huuuge central Data and ML platform and data related applications and tools,
  • Involved in reviewing and approving of technical architecture, design and suggested new technology.
Our requirements

 

  • At least 3 years of experience as a Product Manager / System Analyst,
  • Experience, passion and interest in Business Intelligence, Dashboards, Reports, Data-modeling, Data warehouses, Data Integration and Big-Data technologies – A MUST,
  • Proven experience in writing high quality specification documents: PRD, high level and detailed design including functional and non-functional requirements,
  • Strong project management and organizational skills,
  • Strong databases experience including proficiency in SQL,
  • ETL development experience – an advantage,
  • Experience in the online industry – an advantage,
  • Experience with agile development methodologies – writing user stories, managing sprint planning – an advantage,
  • Experience in designing applications products, such as CRM, campaign management etc. – an advantage,
  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a relevant engineering field (e.g. computer science, industrial engineering),
  • Extreme passionate for data, ML and new technologies,
  • Team player,
  • Proactive and willing to take ownership,
  • Self-starter with strong work ethic with a passion for problem-solving,
  • Love new challenges and passionate about continually pushing himself and other team members to operational excellence.
