IT Support Specialist
We are seeking to significantly expand our team! We are looking to hire IT Support Specialist at HUUUGE GAMES. Among other things, you would be responsible for technical support for software, mobile and other hardware troubleshooting and have awesome compensation and perks in return. - workstation installation, configuration and maintenance,
- troubleshooting hardware and network issues,
- hardware and software purchase, replacement and inventory process,
- technical support for software, mobile and other hardware troubleshooting (computers, laptops, printers, conference systems and mobile devices),
- remote user support and troubleshooting,
- responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests,
- testing new technologies.
- good knowledge of Windows and macOS,
- Linux system configuration ability,
- proficiency in building and servicing computers and general knowledge of ICT systems,
- good knowledge of networks, including TCP/IP, LAN, VLAN, WLAN and ACL,
- basic knowledge of internet technologies such as DNS, HTTP and SSL,
- great communication skills and an ability to explain technical issues in simpler terms,
- experience in deployment and ability to work with 3rd party vendors,
- creative thinking in problem-solving and a drive to expand your knowledge,
- self-reliance,
- proficiency in English.
- advanced Linux knowledge,
- knowledge of Google Apps, Office 365 and managing users in Cloud services,
- experience with AD, Azure AD, Endpoint Management solutions or IAM management.
