Senior IT Recruiter (in-house)
We are seeking to significantly expand our team! We are looking to hire an experienced recruitment professional at HUUUGE GAMES. You would be responsible to ensure that our hiring processes are inclusive. You will be an integral member of our Recruitment team and you will have awesome compensation and perks in return: some of which include working with an international team of world-class professionals on exciting and challenging projects. - Proactively source, recruit, engage and maintain a strong candidate pipeline,
- Review and evaluate applications, resumes, skills assessments and other qualifying materials,
- Interview and assess applicants for position and company fit,
- Perform reference checks and make recommendations to managers,
- Implement improvements and new standards in the hiring area,
- Cooperate with managers and be an educating partner to the business.
- 3+ years of relevant experience conducting end to end recruitment processes in IT industry.
- Sourcing experience and creative approach to it.
- Sound judgment and ability to match candidates with projects.
- Ability to create and maintain an excellent candidate experience.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent English.
- Being open-minded and culturally aware.
- Experience in international recruitment processes.
- Experience in employer branding initiatives.
